Restaurant Manager

We are looking for an experienced and passionate Restaurant Manager to join our team. As a Restaurant Manager, you will overtake a variety of responsibilities and duties such as operations marketing events, recruiting and hiring restaurant staff, training, overseeing product and service quality, serving and taking good care of guests.

Our Restaurant Manager is required to:

- Manage and oversee the entire restaurant operation

- Deliver top-notch guest services; ensuring guest satisfaction

- Get good understanding of menu concept for sufficient training to staff and commendation to guests

- Plan and develop guest loyalty programs

- Execute and develop overall operation marketing event

- Estimate restaurant revenue, forecast requirements and maintain inventory

- Manage restaurant supplies; control costs and minimize waste

- Hire new staff, manage and lead team effectively

- Training and evaluate staff performance

- Nurture a positive, friendly and professional working environment

What would we expect from candidates?

- 3 years of experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role in a professional environment

- 3 years of experience customer service management

- Extensive food and beverage knowledge

- Familiarity with restaurant POS software

- Strong leadership, motivational and people skills

- Critical thinker and problem-solving skills

- Team player and strong leader

- Great interpersonal and communication skills

- Computer literacy
