Mô tả công việc

Duties may include but not limited to:

• Calculate, post, and verify information for accounts payable processing. Review GL coding and work with departmental representatives to accurately code invoices and accumulate monthly accruals.

• Responsible for supervising and managing staff in the Accounts Payable department. Develops, implements and manages operational goals and monitors achievements of performance.

• Ensure the accurate and timely payment of all property accounts payable.

• Execute the AP month-end closing each month.

• Reconcile assigned AP-related general ledger accounts on a monthly basis

• Process and record pre-paid expenses and accruals. Prepare journal entries and account reconciliations as necessary.

• Schedule, coach, monitor, motivate, and develop employees to effectively meet business needs.

• Maintain an open line of communication with managers.

• Prepare executive presentations for senior management

Yêu cầu công việc

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field; or two or more years of experience in Accounts Payable; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Leadership experience required.

• Must have working knowledge and experience with an Accounts Payable department.

• Must be able to work under pressure and meet assigned deadlines

• Detail-oriented

• Technical proficiency and knowledge in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook)

• Strong analytical skills and able to work independently

• Good interpersonal and communication skills

• Fluent in English both verbal and written
