Mô tả công việc

- Direct all sales and promotional activities contributing to maximizing top and bottom line.

- Ensure Sales & Marketing plan is regularly reviewed and adjusted in line with market conditions.

- Closely monitor competitors and sales trends and adapt the hotel strategy as required.

- Ensure sales team is fully proficient with all Accor sales tools and KPI’s.

- Leverage AccorHotels NSO and ISO offices contribution.

- Work closely with the Revenue Manager (property based) to ensure adequate yielding and maximize OTA’s performance .

- Work closely with the Assistant MarCom Manager (property based) to ensure all digital marketing activities are aligned with the sales strategies for the relevant segmentations.

- Ensure appropriate hiring, training, coaching and development of the entire sales team (HCMC, Danang, Hanoi) and define and measure their performance KPI’s.

Yêu cầu công việc

- Degree in Sales, Hospitality management.

- At least 3 years experience in the same position in 5* hotels with a proven track record in Mice.

- Excellent leadership and communication skills, adaptable and flexible.

- Excellent organizational and analytical skills.

- Good command of English a must.
