Mô tả công việc
• The Catering & Events Sale Manager performs his/her function within the framework defined by the Director of Sales & Marketing, the hotel’s Policies & Procedures and following the country’s laws and regulations.
• He/She will ensure the maximization of sales of the meeting rooms & facilities and will see to it that events (including outside catering) be carried out punctually in order to fulfill both quests expectations and departmental objectives in terms of profitability.
• To maintain an efficient events/MICE sales filling system following company guidelines.
• To prepare the monthly reports to the Director of Sales & Marketing following company guidelines.
• To maintain all records and forms as prescribed by the local, hotel and management policies.
• To follow operating standards on the use of the computer.
• To implement in coordination with the E.D.P Manager the Opera Sales & Catering system for the events operation.
• To assist the Director of Sales & Marketing with the preparation of the annual events budget together with the Operation Manager.
• Makes the proposals is corrective actions are required, providing regular updated for the Director of Sales & Marketing, Events Manager and Operation Manager.
• Formalizes follow–up documents and checkpoints.
• To familiarize Himself/herself with the Opera Sales & Catering system.
• To identify market needs and trends
• To monitor and analyze the menus and products of the competition.
• To implement an effective sales plan and promotional activities for the department.
• To define an effective selling approach in coordination with Director of Sales & Marketing to be used by the sales account executives.
• To assist the Director of Sales & Marketing and Operation Manager in implementing an effective sales plan and promotional activities for the department.

Yêu cầu công việc
- Bachelor's Degree or higher in Business Administration, Sales and Marketing or related fields.
- At least 3 years up experiences in hotels sales & marketing.
- Strong leadership, interpersonal, organizational and communication skills.
- Good interpersonal skills with teamwork attitude.
