Mô tả công việc

- Ensures forwarding and receiving of all imformation pertaining to the department in order to maintain set standards and achieve guest satisfation

- Receives, records, and distributes various reports

- Receives, records, and transmits guest requests accurately

- Responsible for entering accurate room status into computer daily and investigate discrepancies

- Maintains and update administrative data

- Maintains keys control

- Monitors lost property

- Maintains working area and equipment in a proper state of cleanliness and repair

- Report guest complaints to Executive Housekeeper or delegate immmediately

- Complies with hotel’s health, safety and hygiene policies and adheres to conduct personnel grooming and hygiene standards

- Attends to Housekeeping standards and procedures

- Maintains good relations with Housekeeping connector and other interfacing departments, in particular Front Office and Engineering

- Demonstrate co-operation and trust with colleagues, supervisors, teams, and across departments

- Communicate well to ensure effective shift hand-overs

- Actively participate in oganised meeting

- Interact with department and hotel connector a professional and positive manner to foster good rapport, promote team spirit and ensure effective two way communication

- Be open to new ideas and make changes in the job and routine as required

- Work in line with business requirements

- Complete tasks as directed by Management

- When asked, informs guests about the services offered by the hotel

- Handle Housekeeping paper works

- Helps optimise energy costs

- Ensures respect of standards regarding hygiene, cleanliness and the safety of guest’s property

- Applies and ensures application of the hotel’s safety rules

- Respects the hotel’s commitments to the “Environment Charter” (saving energy, recycling, sorting waste…)

Yêu cầu công việc

- Minimum 1 year relevant experience working at a 4-5 star hotel is required

- High school diploma or equivalent

- Ability to communicate fluently in the local language of the workplace and in English both verbally and non verbally

- Knowledge in PC skill and MS Office Applications

- Must have excellent interpersonal skills to deal effectively with all business contacts, maintain a professional, neat and wellgroomed appearance at all times

- Must be able to get along with co-workers and work as a team

- Must be able to work various shifts including weekends and holidays

- Must have superior customer service skills and strong decision making ability

- Must possess excellent organizational and communication skills, and exceptional telephone etiquette

- Must have basic math skills and the ability to operate office equipment, ( i.e. Fax machines, copiers, etc.)
