MARKETING EXECUTIVE

• Marketing

o Assist in the plan and supervise execution of the photo shoot and video shoot for hotels, promotions & events

o Assist in the execution of integrated Marketing campaigns by following project timelines, coordinating the creation of Marketing materials in various formats including but not limited to concept developing, copywriting, proofreading & content briefing, and liaising with both internal stakeholders and external agencies.

o Coordinate the production of posters, publication of hotel’s newsletters/s and flyers, menu for associates and the public, as well as other printed materials. Ensure them updated.

o Ensure all visual and written communication (internal/external, offline/online) and guest supplies and printings are fully aligned with the hotels positioning and brand.

o Together with the Marketing Manager, mange hotel online channels such as Facebook, Instagram, Microsite, All.com including creating, planning content and posting schedules according to the Content calendar from Marcom Manager

o Monitor social media channels regularly, engaging with comments, messages, and reviews promptly and professionally.

o Assist in monthly report on activities and performance of Marketing department

• PR & Communication

o Assist with the hosting of influencers, bloggers & media, planning and executing media gathering and other press activities. Work with other departments to coordinate guest’s lists, invitations and hosting.

o Support the manager in preparing press releases and ensuring their exposure to relevant media channels.

• Administration

o Manage the administrative requirements of the Marketing department including but not limited to MC raising, contract & payment document process. Keep the documentaries well organized

o Attend all briefings, meetings and trainings as assigned by management

• Knowledge of using a camera and basic event photography skills are an advantageous.

• Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.

- Bachelor's degree/ Diploma in Marketing
- At least 1 years of relevant experience
- Strong proofreading, grammar, and copywriting skills
- Excellent communication skills, both written and oral
- Excellent English written and verbal communication skills
- Be proactive, creative and innovative
- Be very proficient in Microsoft applications
