HR Executive

1. Employment

a) Entertains walk – in applicants.

b) Administers pre-screening process: post job, find candidates, checks filled application, conducts pre-employment test and etc.

c) Co-ordinates with Line Department for interview scheduling.

2. Compensation & Benefits

a) Issues Clinical Treatment Request

b) Co-ordinates with accredited clinic on staff’s medicate service

c) Co-ordinates with insurance company for staff’s insurance claim.

3. General Administration

a) Issues Daily Attendance Report

b) Replaces Timekeepers on their scheduled day-off

c) Assists HR Officer on clerical works.

d) Receives and screen visitors to the department.

e) Perform typing/clerical works as assigned

f) Notifies the HR Officer of any deficiencies in the performance of the department’s equipment and fittings and any run down in the stock levels of forms, stationery, and other supplies and to initiate requisition of the Department’s requirements.

g) Maintain and updates all register (both statutory and management- determined) records of office equipment, form, stationery and other supplies required for use by the Human Resources Department.

- 12 days full paid leave a year, insurances paid in accordance with the Law

- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or related fields.

- At least 2 years up experiences in hospitality industry/ human resources

- Strong administration, organizational and communication skills.
