- Responsible for the quality of all Sales programs across the group.
- Meet Sales budget(s).
- Develop sound and long-term relationship with key influencers of key accounts.
- Foster growth of sales base with a clear goal on generating revenue.
- Generate sales quotes, sales proposals and event sales.
- Promote and sell functions of the catering and events to achieve the optimum outlet revenue targets.
- Oversee the selling and servicing processes of group business.
- Work closely with the Marketing team in establishing leads from newspapers, magazines, relevant industry documents and follow up.
- Provide customer service and supports on sponsored events.
- Oversee posting plan is implemented.
- Monitor competitors' activities and use information when developing strategy.
- Perform catering price negotiation with guests based on the established Company's guidelines.
- Provide weekly and monthly sales activity & report to the CEO and DOO.
- Oversee and manage Sales booking from mail, phone, outsources and the booking channels.

• MINIMUM 3 YEARS WORK EXPERIENCE IN ROLE IN HOTEL/ F&B OPERATION.
• EXCELLENT SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE.
• EXCELLENT PEOPLE, LEADERSHIP & MANAGEMENT SKILLS.
• STRONG ENGLISH LANGUAGE.
• GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE COMMUNICATIONS & INTERPERSONAL SKILLS.
