• Have knowledge of entire Reservation Procedure according to in-house reservations systems.
• Allocate daily tasks to Reservations team members.
• Monitor Telephone etiquette and general performance of reservations team members daily.
• Ensure special request of VIP Guests are being arranged and followed up accordingly.
• Follow up tentative bookings and update reservation status.
• Supervise of Group Reservations.
• Prepare daily occupancy pick up and monthly report.
• Liaise with travel agent and partners to communicate new rate plans and promotions.
• Be good with numbers and know how to change hotel practices to meet commercial needs.
• Responsible for preparation of occupancy forecast.
• Responsible for implementation of policies and procedures.
• Attend and participate in player events and promotions.
• Handle guest complaints.
• Conduct team members performance appraisal review.
• Plan yearly forecast and budget.
• Other duties as assigned by Management.

Yêu cầu công việc
• Preferred 2-3 years of related experience with similar capacity.
• Possess excellent communication and inter personnel skills.
• Proven leadership ability to influence, develop, and empower employees to achieve objectives with a “team” approach.
• Must possess excellent organizational skills and written and verbal communication skills.
• Good Computer Skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English and having a second language will be an added advantage.
• Must demonstrate a high level of service delivery to ensure guest and team member satisfaction, handle service failures and prioritize guest and team member needs.
