- The Sales Secretary is to provide full administrative support to the Sales and Marketing Team.
- Establish and maintain an accurate filing system.
- Co-ordinate day to day operations of the Sales & Marketing team with additional assistance to the Director of Sales & Marketing.
- Assist Sales & Marketing team in arranging business trips.
- Support Sales business, ensuring all accounts are up to date and sales managers are completing sales call reports according to the guideline.
- Assist with entertainment program.
- Assist in translating documents as required.
- Assist in arranging necessary documents for DOC Sales and Sales Manager’s when going on business trips.
- Maintain and update files, correspondences & other relevant business documentation.
- Control and order supply of hotel brochures, fact sheets, sales kits, press kits, hotel slides and other collaterals at all times.
- Check & keep stock of office stationary and give-away stocks.
- Prepare Purchase Requests/Stores Requisitions.
- Verify time-sheets for Sales & Marketing Team.
- To take minutes of sales & Marketing Dept. meeting (work with DOSM secretary to complete this weekly requirement)
- Undertake additional duties as requested by the Department Manager and Hotel Management.

Yêu cầu công việc
- Must be fluent in English
- At least 2-3 year experience in similar position
- Self-starter, well-organized, extremely detail-oriented, and assertive team player willing to take ownership of responsibilities, and possess a high level of positive energy and drive
- Able to manage multiple priorities and set appropriate trace systems to track projects and work
- Excellent time management, organizational, coordination, and communication skills (verbal and written)
- Possess excellent computer skills
