- Greet guests as they enter, provide guests with menus and answering any initial questions.
- Engage with guests to ensure they are satisfied with F&B items and service
- Research and develop new ways to improve our guest experience.
- Respond to complaints and assist to resolve them.
- Understand of restaurant equipment (POS System, Reservation software).
- Assist restaurant staff when necessary.
- Develop a complete knowledge of menus.
- Utilize suggestive selling techniques.
