Mô tả công việc

Main purpose of the job:

Guest Services Ambassador is responsible to meet, greet and provide assistances to Casino VIP Guests upon arrival and departure at the airport and generate pleasant experience at every given opportunity.

Duties may include but not limited to:

• Coordinate and assist transportation requirements of VIP guest.

• Give complete cooperation to any guests requiring assistance in a prompt, caring and helpful manner.

• Ensure that all VIP Guests are met and assisted at the airport on arrival and departure in order to provide a personalized service.

• Ensure a paging board is displayed to identify the guests arriving at the airport.

• Ensure that you are having the daily arrival and departure report in order to monitor guest movement.

• Build and maintain a good relationship with the Immigration Authorities and Airline Personnel at the airport.

• Be aware of the local driving regulations and abide by them.

• Liaise closely with team members of International Marketing in order to coordinate on all guest transportation arrangement.

Qualifications/Requirements:

• Minimum of one year experience in guest services role required.

• Excellent communication skills, verbal & oral with proficiency in English. Other languages are preferred.

• Pleasant personality and service oriented.

• Must be able to work flexible hours.

• Computer software including email, word processing, spreadsheets, and databases.

• Minimum High school diploma or equivalent.
