Executive Sous Chef

As an Executive Sous Chef you are responsible for the efficient operation of all food preparation and outlet food service areas, to include main kitchen, outlet kitchen, Banquet, Pastry Shop and Staff Kitchen as well as the preparation of food for Executive Lounge, Health Club, Pool Side and Lobby Lounge.

Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Directly responsible for Main Kitchen Culinary areas, ensuring a smooth running, profitable operation within the framework of the Hotel.

2. To be responsible for all accounting and billing procedures within the culinary operation.

3. To assist in the execution of Culinary Management & Associate reviews, ensuring appraisals in a professional and timely manner.

4. To supervise all aspects of Associate management including hiring and discipline in conjunction with the Executive Chef.

5. Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor.

• At least 3 years of industry and culinary management experience

• Previous experience training team members in large quantity food preparation.

• Excellent knowledge of quality food operations.

• Passion for leadership and teamwork

• English Communication Skills

• Degree in Hotel Management or related culinary degree

- Birth certificate (send the notarized one)

- Medical check- up certificate (Made within 6 latest months in hospitals from district levels up)

- Hand writing application letter

- Qualifications and Certificates related to the positions of applying (Send the notarized ones)

- The copy of identification (Send the notarized ones)

- Two empty envelopes with stamp and applicant’s address written in advance

- Four photos with the size of 4x6 cm (Taken within 6 latest month)
