Responsible for supporting the event sales team with all the administrative tasks, both internal (forms, reports, updating the sales and catering system) and external (prepare contracts, proposals)
When assigned, proactively solicit and manage event business opportunities.
Actively up-sell event business opportunity to maximize revenue opportunity.
Achieve personal and team related revenue goals.
Ensure business is turned over properly and in a timely fashion for proper service delivery.
Responsible for driving customer loyalty by delivering service excellence throughout each customer experience.
Provide service to our customers in order to grow share of the accounts on behalf of New World Hotels and Resorts, across the enterprise.

- 13th month salary

- 2 days off per week

College or university degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management or relevant majors.
One year experience in the same role in 3-or-4-star hotel is a plus.
Good written and spoken English skills
Good computer skills and familiar with hotel systems
Creative, well organized and able to work under high pressure
Customer and result oriented
Sales career oriented and potential to develop to Sales Executive - Event in near future
