- Be familiar with all Mechanical and Electrical matters including lifts and pumps in our property and resolve problems that may arise from time to time.

Thành thạo các vấn đề về cơ khí và điện bao gồm: thang máy, hệ thống nước trong căn hộ và hướng giải quyết các sự cố có thêt xảy ra ở mọi thời điểm.

- Be familiar with all Water supply and Plumbing issues in our property and resolve daily problems that may arise from time to time.

Thành thạo về các hệ thống cấp nước và các vấn đề về máy bơm trong tòa nhà và giải quyết các vấn đề có thể xảy ra hàng ngày.

- Be familiar with all Fire Alarm systems and assist when necessary

Am hiểu về hệ thống báo cháy và hỗ trợ khi cần.

- Be familiar with PABX telephone system and resolve problems that may arise from time to time.

Nắm rõ về hệ thống tổng đài điện thoại và giải quyết các sự cố có thể xảy ra.
