• In charge of Travel Agents accounts, bookings
• To use sales techniques that maximize revenue while maintaining existing guest loyalty, including up-selling.
• To promote awareness of brand image internally and externally.
• To process all reservation requests, changes, and cancellations received by phone, mail, social media.
• To answer, record, and process all guest calls, requests, questions, or concerns.
• To perform general office duties to support Sales & Marketing (e.g., filing, sending emails, typing,...)
• To contact appropriate individual or department (e.g., Sales, Data Administration, Accounting) as necessary to resolve guest calls, requests, or problems
• To negotiate and coordinate with agents to find potential customers
• To co-operate and maintain a good relationships with agents and partners.
• Regularly update information, images about the hotel, promotions on Room sales channels, Facebook, Hotel Website,...

• 6 day-off per month

• Demonstrated ability to interact with customers, employees, and third parties that reflects highly on the hotel, the brand, and the Company.
• Problem-solving and organizational abilities.
• Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office
• Good writing skills
• English: Written and verbal

Qualifications 

• Diploma or Vocational Certificate in Sales & Marketing, Hotel Management, Business Administration, or related field preferred.

Experiences

• At least 1-year related experience at or an equivalent combination of education and experience
