  1.  Directly responsible for all restaurants and beverage areas, ensuring a smooth running, profitable operation within the framework of the hotel and add the finishing touch to our guest experience.
  2.  Maximizing revenue of each outlet.
  3.  Responsible to maintain the overall welfare of our employees by providing them with the training and resources to take care of our guests.
  4.  Developing & enforcing standards, policies & procedures in the restaurants & beverage areas.
  5.  Achieving departmental budget goals by maintaining efficient cost expenditure.
  6.  Ensuring that supervisors have basic understanding and are responsible for the department profit & loss statement.
  7.  Ensuring that departments are accurately forecast business demands on a weekly basis to ensure efficient staffing & food production.
  8.  Ensuring the efficient scheduling of supervisors, captains and employees.
  9.  Supervising completion and critique of wage progress report on a weekly basis.
  10.  Developing and executing plans/actions for the marketing of restaurant outlet offerings.
  11.  Developing and implementing manager, supervisor training plans on a quarterly basis in conjunction with the human resources department.
  12.  Supporting the departmental daily training programmes.
  13.  Training subordinate managers and supervisors and the correct process of progressive discipline.
  14.  Ensuring that all managers and employees follow all job safety regulations and that all hazards are reported to concerned departments.
  15.  Ensuring that departments are responsible for asset management of outlet property & facilities.
  16.  Ensuring that departments conduct a maintenance inspection on a monthly basis.
  17.  Promoting positive inter-department relations through candid communication & cooperation.
  18.  Responding to guest inquiries or concerns within 24 hours in the appropriate manner.
  19.  Enforcing standard sanitation checklist by having all restaurants inspected on a monthly basis.
  20.  Management reserves the right to make changes to this job description at its sole discretion and without advance notice.
  21.  Performing other duties as assigned by the senior management.

Yêu cầu công việc

- Graduated from College/University Hospitality or related field.

- At least 2 years of relevant experiences or an equivalent combination of education and work-related experiences, preferably experience in international 4-5 star hotel/resort.

- Excellent service oriented mind

- Guest Complaint handling skill

- Good command in English

- MS Office
