FB Social Media Executive

• A role model in grooming and professional demeanor, being an ambassador for programs in Food & Beverage Division.

• Manage overall outreach activities on Facebook, Instagram and social channels.

• Creating new ways to use social platforms to enhance storytelling and interact with audiences.

• Proactively engage with and interact with guests by responding to questions and joining in relevant conversations.

• Understand the interests and behaviour of the audience and how to best connect with them.

• Communicates effectively with guests, clients, government officials and other important individuals to ensure satisfaction in service and product.

• Maintain great guest relations and ensure guests become and remain loyal to AccorHotels.

• Responsible to organize that every guest in the data base is contacted monthly, e.g. through monthly newsletters, guest call back, mail outs.

• Maintains a great relationship and daily communication with all hostess teams, managers and Culinary teams of the hotel.

• Support driving Marketing & PR initiatives for all F&B outlets.

• Supporting to increase Revenues of all F&B Outlets.

• Handle guest complains by following instant pacification procedures ensuring guest satisfaction.

• Attend designated meetings. (Daily F&B Meeting, F&B Marketing Meeting, Weekly Operations Meeting, Sales Meetings where required)

• Responsible to organize and drive pre-sale and season sales of the yearly program of the hotel in conjunction with the Restaurant Managers; Assistant F&B Manager and F&B Manager.

• Perform any other duties which may be assigned by the management from time to time.

- Fluently in English ( speak & written)

- Creative and innovative.

- Strong knowledge of food and beverage.

- Excellent communication skills and computer skills.
