Role:

- Responsible for personnel development: Recruitment, Training & Development

- To be overall in charge of company events.

Report to HR Manager

Responsibilities:

Recruitment:

- Searching and scanning CV, arrange interview

- Arrange for new staff’s placement

- Ensure the recruitment work is strictly implemented in compliance with procedure.

Training & development:

- Conduct English training for staff

- Perform admin works and assist HR Manager in training plan implementation

Company Culture & Activities:

- In charge of arranging Company events such as: Outing trip, Year-End Event, Culture Activities, Family day, Sport Activities…. in compliance with Company branding

- Bachelor in English or relevant

- Having experience in teaching is an advantage

- Good in English (both written and verbal communication)

- Good skill in Powerpoint/Word/Excel

- Good at communication, problem solving.

- Can work under high pressure

- Well-organized & good time management

- Honest/ Quality driven/ hard working/ Proactive/ Careful.
