Provides administrative and clerical support to whole company. Schedules appointments, gives information to callers, and otherwise relieves managers of clerical work and minor administrative and business details.
1. Admin tasks: fully in charge of the admin tasks:
Be in charge of the reception area: ensure the availability & support of reception area.
Monthly birthday party: Inform Management about Birthdays of staff on monthly basic and organize the monthly birthday party.
Work with suppliers for catering, drinking water, office equipment, car rental, etc…
Control office facilities: printer, photocopy, fax machine, air conditioner, etc…
Arrange air ticket, accommodation for BOD and staffs on business trip.
Support and help other departments for printing, scan documents, etc…
Follow-up for office monthly expenses.
Assist the senior Managers/ executives who doesn’t have admin assistant in admin tasks.
Support management on external relation issues.
3. To be involved in some employee activities, such as:
Company Picnics or Outing.
Visit hospitalized employees.
Employee Birthday party/ Anniversary Party.
4. Other duties as assigned by GHRD to support to HR team or business project when required.

Self-directed and highly-motivated.
Able to work in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment.
Detail-oriented, dependable and trustworthy.
Excellent Office software knowledge.
Can do attitude with excellent communication skills in both Vietnamese & English.
