- Check daily Delivery Documents against Purchase Orders / Purchase Requisitions.
- Spot check quality and quantity of items received.
- Check Store Requisition Forms & Inter Kitchen / Bar Transfers. Ensure:
- Approved by Authorised Signatories.
- Documented acknowledgement of receipt.
- Accuracy of Issuance Records posted in Materials Control.
- Prepare Daily Food / Beverage Cost Reports.
- Ensure FSMS compliance at Receiving and Store.
- Verify accuracy and analyze Daily Food & Beverage Cost Reports, and investigate variances.
- Do Market Survey with Purchasing and Kitchen, before evaluation of quotations obtained by Purchasing
- Do Food Tests (Portion, Yield, Blind, Buffet, Butcher) and Beverage Spot Checks, and investigate variance.
- Match the order Dockets with Guest Checks, and investigate variances.
- Update information in Inventory system eg: New Inventory Codes, New Article Creation Codes, New Unit Measurement Creation and Inventory Par Levels
- Verify accuracy of Selling Prices in Point of Sales Systems provided recipes completed by Chef.
- Prepare and follow-up on Receiving / Store Management Reports.

Yêu cầu công việc
- Experience in Fidelio Material Control and Point of Sales system
- Knowledge in costing of food and beverage operation
- Familiar with internal systems and procedures
- Have basic accounting knowledge and understand hotel structure and operations
- At least 3 year experience in international class hotel in a similar capacity
- Experience in Materials Control systems is preferred
