Mô tả công việc

  • Monitor and maintain of hotel's MEP systems.
  • Lead and support a diverse team in the operation and maintenance of the Hotel on a day to day basis, including, general maintenance, HVAC, Kitchen maintenance, Carpentry, Electrical and Plumbing
  • Train, coach and develop existing engineering staffs
  • Liaise with all Departments to ensure the execution of planned scheduled and programs, including preventative maintenance and repair scheduled for public and private areas.
  • Manage and contribute to an extensive Preventative Maintenance Program for guest rooms, public areas and safety systems
  • Follows Occupational Health & Safety regulations.
  • Ensure the effective utilization and productivity of all employees including staff planning, recruiting and training and development.
  • Available on ‘on-call’ basis during off hours for emergency situations
  • Other duties as assigned
  • Conduct performance reviews, daily assessment of performance of all Engineering associates, delivering coaching and progressive discipline where required.

  • At least 1 years’ working experience
