Mô tả công việc

Daily supervision and direction of banquet employees. Assist in the development, implementation and maintenance of quality standards for banquet operations, ensuring a high level of guest satisfaction and consistency.

Ensure there is an emphasis on staff training, development and maintaining hygienic standards and practices.

Adhere to local regulations concerning health, safety, or other compliance requirements, as well as brand standards and local policies and procedures.

Yêu cầu công việc

• Diploma in Hotel Management, Food & Beverage, or related field.

• 2 years related experience, including managerial experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

• Alcohol awareness certification and/or food service permit or valid health/food handler card as required by local government agency.

• Strong working knowledge of banquet operations • Must be fluent in Vietnamese and able to communicate, read and write English.

• Problem solving and training abilities.

• Willing to work shifts and on weekends and public holidays.

• Ability to use banquet management software.
