Mô tả công việc
- Undertakes marketing research regularly to be familiar with the market.
- Study the competitors; analyze their marketing strategies.
- Creates new corporate and travel accounts.
- Conducts regular visits to old and new accounts. Keeps close business relationship with bookers.
- Visits International NGO's, companies and other Travel Agencies to know their calendar of events and follow-up for possible bookings.
- Creates/designs mailing-letters and continuously mail them to prospective clients together with brochures and fact sheet.
- Constantly review and improve all sales tools. Print & reprint as deemed necessary.
- Does Tele-Marketing and conducts regular sales calls. Submits report to the GM on a weekly basis.
- Establishes relationship with other companies with other companies in different cities and provinces within Vietnam as well as outside the country.
- Establish annual Sales & Marketing Plan in coordination with relevant departments.
- Constantly submits innovative ideas and proposals for discussions.
- May keep files of regular bookers and Company Directors as to their Date of Birth in order to give presents/gifts.
- Establish data and other pertinent information of all TAs, Corporate, Embassies, NGOs, and other for immediate references.
- Create sales trips schedules and expense budget for approval by the General Manager.
- Establish close business relations with all Hotels’ business partners.
- Be aware of the market trends and develop MICE market.
- Coordinate and provide relevant information to other departments as to the Sales & Marketing activities.
- Ensures the development and success of the business by meeting the forecasted occupancy rates.
- Closely coordinates with Front Office Manager as to the status of reservations.
- Closely coordinates with F&B Manager for possible bookings in the restaurants and gather information about the promotional events F&B would like to promote.
- Ensures productivity to meet the objectives of the management.
- Performs other related duties as may be assigned by the General Manager.

- Học vấn: Cao đẳng trở lên
- Ngoại ngữ: Tiếng anh giao tiếp tốt
- Kỹ năng cần có: Chăm chỉ, nhiệt tình, trung thực
