HR Coordinator

Administration:

1. Ensures the employee profile (hard and soft copy) is accurate, well filed and updated

2. Yearly updates the employee profile in March

3. Makes sure the probation assessment, renewal labor contract are processed on time

4. Supports operation by alarming Head of Department about their staff performance regarding their attendance base on the report from Digitech. Promptly report cases of late, or not report to work as the arranged shift

5. Takes responsible for any HR reports

6. Supports resigned staff in any related task

7. Follow HR policy when handling the promotion, transfer of the staff

8. Ensures Staff and Manager awareness of HR Policies and procedures

9. Controls SAP number by requesting new SAP for new employees and deleting ones of resigned employees

10. Controls overtime request and claims are supported by proper approval and authorization

11. Controls and monthly updates the annual leave and compensation leave balance to relevant HODs

12. Manage all the in/out document of the department

13. Maintain confidentiality at all times on all matters

Employee relations:

1. Regularly communicates with staff and maintains good relations

2. Coordinates to update the discipline status of the employees

3. Coaches, counsels and disciplines staff, providing constructive feedback to enhance performance

4. Coordinates with Trade Union to well deliver the staff benefits

5. Support HRD/AHRM in other staff activities

6. Arranging the office in tidy and proper order to make HR office become an “attractive place” for associates

7. Makes sure all new employees have uniform, shoes, name tag and locker

C&B:

1. Makes sure all staffs are register for Social Insurance on time, health Insurance cards are updated accurately and on time

2. Follows up with Finance to make sure the payment for Social Insurance is done on time and accurately

3. Perform any other duties which may be assigned by the management from time to time

LANGUAGES: Good level of English

SPECIFIC KNOWLEDGE: Labor Law, Tax Information, Social Insurance

WORK EXPERIENCE IN OTHER COMPANIES: 01 year in a similar position in large hotels or international companies
