• Establish and maintain an accurate filling system
• Assist in the preparation of all proposals, contracts and relating to the sales function.
• Supporting Sales & Marketing department at events and demonstrations
• Other relevant tasks as assigned
B- Marketing & Communication Trainee (Full-time)
• Assist in admin/paperwork tasks
• Work with vendors to make sure all deliverables are received on time
• Write creative content for the hotel’s sales materials
• Assist with the execution of the press conference (contact the media, prepare presentations, work with vendors to order door gifts, etc.)
• Work with our designer to deliver graphic artworks according to brand guideline
• Other relevant tasks as assigned
C- Account Receivable Trainee (Full-time)
• Support dividing, filing and classifying reports from Front Office.
• Help checking the number of daily invoices, check the validity of the invoices and backup enclosed with invoices.
• Maintain documents making sure all the documents are kept scientifically
• Help checking with original information on the General Department of Taxation website before exporting invoices.
• Scan and copy, look for issued documents, add missing documents according to customer requests
• Print month-end A/R: ensure the documents are correct, sufficient for sending to customers.
• Other relevant tasks as assigned
D- Front Desk Trainee (Full-time)
• Welcome a guest properly with 5 – 10 rules.
• Direct guest and escort guest to the room.
• Cut key and prepare keys.
• Observe and practice the process of checking in and checking out
• Assist in providing guests with info on hotel services
• Prepare and arrange all stationary at Front Desk.
• Other relevant tasks as assigned
E- Guest Service Call Trainee (Full-time)
• Learn and answer calls
• Learn and transfer call
• Learn Room Service menu and practice taking service order
• Other relevant tasks as assigned
F- HR/Training Trainee (Full-time)
• Learn and support diverse meaningful tasks in different functions of HR including Learning & development, Recruitment, Time-keeping, Employee relation, and (other) HR services.
• Support keeping files, documents and the office neat, tidy & well organized
• Translate HR documents, design posters and update notice board
• Creating artful slides and beautiful videos capturing employees’ memorable moments Support when having event and activities
• Other relevant tasks as assigned

A- Sales Trainee (Full-time)
• Working hour: 8.30 am – 5.30 pm, including lunch break, from Monday to Friday
• Good command of English, especially Speaking & Listening
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
• Relevant knowledge in Sales/Administration will be our priority
B- Marketing & Communication Trainee (Full-time)
• Working hour: 8.30 am – 5.30 pm, including lunch break, from Monday to Friday
• Undergraduate student or fresh graduate majoring in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing or Advertising.
• Good verbal and written communication skills in both Vietnamese and English.
• Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Office, Web and social media.
C- Account Receivable Trainee (Full-time)
• Working hour: 8.30 am – 5.30 pm, including lunch break, from Monday to Friday
• Good command of English
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
• Relevant knowledge in Finance/Accounting will be our priority
D- Front Desk Trainee (Full-time)
• Fluent English Communication skill (can speak Korean/Japanese or Chinese is an advantage)
• Proactive, smiley, good appearance, interest in hotel operation, especially in Front office
• Able to work in shifts (Morning shift from 6am to 2pm; Afternoon shift from 2pm to 10:30 pm)
• Related studying major is an advantage
E- Guest Service Center Trainee (Full-time)
• Fluent English, especially in Listening and Speaking
• Careful and hard- working
• Able to work in shifts (Morning shift from 6am to 2pm; Afternoon shift from 2pm to 10:30 pm)
F. HR/Training Trainee (Full-time)
• Working hour: 8.30 am – 5.30 pm, including lunch break, from Monday to Friday
• Good command of English
• Knowledge in MS Office (Words, Excel, Powerpoint…)
• Good skill in organizing event and using design software (Photoshop/Canva) is an advantage
