Mô tả công việc
• Briefs personnel on preparations, service and content of menu items. Coordinates with kitchen on daily or monthly specials and promotions.
• Performs duties common to all captains or waiters and other duties as may be assigned.
• Monitors and supervises service flow in the restaurant.
• Maintains proper records of Sales, guest complaints, solutions and all concerns pertaining to personnel or equipment in appropriate logbooks for reference.
• Participates in daily briefings and monthly communication meetings to discuss various aspects of food service and preparation.
• Ensure all fixtures and operating equipment is in good working condition.
• Ensure good general appearance and maintenance of restaurant working areas.
• Ensure employees properly carry out side duties.
• Ensure adequate supplies of materials, and requisition for general supplies.
• Attends to guest complaints, requests or inquiries regarding food and services.
• Make frequent suggestion to F&B service Manager in reference to improvement of general operation, F&B promotion, cost control and profitability.
• Trains personnel according to established procedures; Conducts orientation of all new employees and ongoing training of all staff.
• Ensure grooming and general appearance of staff conforms to Hotel standards.
• Establishes effective employee relations maintain the highest level of professionalism, ethic and attitude towards all hotel guests, clients, heads of department and employees

• To maintain good working relations with other departments.
• To maintain good relationships with staff and external contact persons related the hotel activities.
• Performs any other duties as assigned by your superior in a timely and efficient manner.

- 2 years of related experience in same position in International hotels
- Good management, leadership and communication skills
- Organized and responsible
