PR & Marketing Manager

1. Provide bilingual creative writing for businesses' marketing collaterals, compose bilingual press release and commercial articles
2. Manage advertising channels including outdoor billboard, magazine, newspaper, online channels...writing and editing in-house e-newsletter, speeches, articles and annual reports;
3. Prepare and supervise the production of publicity brochures, handouts, leaflets, ect;
4. Draft, execute, and report on advertising plan for promotion programs, events;
5. Be in charge of media relations, work with the press to get good media coverage, initiate and faciliate press visits;
6. Collate and analyze media coverage;
7. Propose commercial sponsorship, co-branding opportunities to strengthen the brand;
8. Cooperate with other companies/ groups/ websites to promote business;
9. Keep company website & facebook, instagram... updated, manage corporate photo library;
10. Prepare weekly and ad-hoc clipping report;
11. Support with organizing and coordinating events;
12. Manage building entrances with photo shooting and filming purposes to maintain and enhance the image of building;
13. Source and manage sponsorship opportunities & social activities of company;
14. Manage the Marketing, PR aspect of a potential crisis situation;
15. Other tasks as assigned.

1. Bachelor's Degree in Economics/ Marketing or other related fields
2. At least 3-5 years work experience in PR & Marketing or Communication is preferred
3. Strong in communication & interpersonal skills
