Mô tả công việc

Plan & executive content (publish videos and photography & edit and revise content as necessary) that shares working life/ culture at company through social media, online channels, offline channels

Plan & executive engagement activities and events to enhance employee engagement.

Ensure communication strategy is consistent and reflects the organization’s strategic vision.

Ensure employee are engaged in company initiatives.

Edit, design, and print internal publications.

Supporting Recruitment to develop ideas for External/ Internal integrated campaigns including new hiring launching, recruitment workshop campaign, etc.

Other tasks assigned by the management team.

Qualification: Diploma

Experience:

Previous experiences in Employer Branding, HR, Event and Internal Communication.

Agency background is plus.

Hand-on experiences in survey, event & communication.

Competencies: Good spoken and written in English, good knowledge in use of computers

Personal Attributes: Pro-activity and quick-learning ability, Good at team working and hard-working
