Coporate Sales Manager - Phụ trách kinh doanh (thị trường khách Doanh nghiệp)

- Assist the General Manager to formulate annual marketing plan

- Market for new tenants and maintaining existing accounts

- Prepare sales kit and marketing brochures

- Handle sales enquiries and attend to prospective guests/tenants

- Perform “Show Apartment” duties.

- Liaise with A&P agent to place press/media advertisements.

- Perform indoor and outdoor sales functions.

• Leasing

- Negotiate on new leases

- Handle leasing documentation to completion

- Administer leasing documents

- Liaise with legal consultants pertaining to leasing terms and conditions

• General

- Perform public and guest relation duties

- Attend to guest’s complaints and requests

- Liaise with Housekeeping Services and Accounts Section on guests’ departure

- Assist and supervise guests’ arrivals/check-ins and departures/check-outs

- Monitor and arrange settlement of accounts

- Perform any other duties as and when assigned by the General Manager

Role and Function:

• To plan and implement yearly, monthly, weekly and daily sales and marketing programs/activities within the given budgetary limitations.

• Responsible for preparation of sales targets and division’s annual budget with General Manager.

• To manager and monitor sales performance in relation to sales targets.

• To plan customer relation activities such as feedback sessions, corporate gifts yearly staff and client get-together functions and other forms of communications.

• Responsible for bookings of apartments and co-ordination functions with housekeeping Services and Admin & Finance Sections.

• Setting up their own department’s mission statements.

• Responsible for department’s duty roster.

• To collage market statistics and be responsible for competitors’ survey report and establish pricing for apartment unit rates.

• University qualifications; hotel management certificate or diploma or similar preferred

• Must be aggressive, strong negotiation skills & good problem solving skill

• Good English communication skills, can speak Korean or Japanese is a plus

• Good knowledge in Hospitality industry is a plus

• At least 2-3 year experience in the same industry is required
