Landscape Manager

• Ensure all standards and regulations on Landscape are implemented and complied with.

• Ensure that construction and landscape maintenance activities are aligned with the respective Company Strategy and the actions of the Resort as appropriate.

• Supervise the preparation and updating of the Ministry's Operation Manual.

• Conduct regular contact meetings and ensure that department meetings and meetings are effective and conducted as needed.

Guest Service

• Always be polite and courteous. Ready to support, guide guests when needed, to ensure the services of the hotel. Say "xin chao" when meeting guests

• Process all complaints and inquiries from customers and internal customers politely and effectively, following to ensure the issues are satisfactorily resolved.

• Maintain positive interaction between guests and colleagues with good working relationships.

Financial

• Maximizes employee productivity through the use of multi-skilling, multi-tasking and flexible scheduling to meet the financial goals of the business as well as the expectations of the guests.

• Manage the cost of the department, make sure not to exceed the allowed limit

• Based on the workload, TBP's job placement determines the norms of tools, equipment, stationary used monthly, annually.

• Organize appropriate personnel, assign tasks, specific tasks to subordinates

• Assists in monthly reforecast, involving the respective Heads of Department as appropriate.

• Assists in proactively managing costs based on key performance indicators, working through the respective Heads of Department as appropriate

• Ensures that all hotel, company and local rules, policies and regulations relating to financial record keeping, money handling and licensing are adhered to

• Assists in the inventory management and ongoing maintenance of hotel operating equipment and other assets.

Guest Service

• Ensures that all guest contact culinary employees deliver the brand promise and provide exceptional guest service at all times.

• Ensures that employees also provide excellent service to internal customers in other departments as appropriate.

• Spends time in culinary areas observing employee-guest/employee-internal customer interaction, working through Heads of Department to coach employees as necessary.

• Handles all guest and internal customer complaints and inquiries in a courteous and efficient manner, following through to make sure problems are resolved satisfactorily.

• Maintains positive guest and colleague interactions with good working relationships.

Operational

• Planning the week, month, quarter, year , estimates of construction and maintenance of landscape Resort

• Deployment implementing construction work and maintenance to ensure proper planning, progress

Based on the workload, TBP's job placement determines the norms of tools, equipment, stationary used monthly, annually.

• Organize appropriate personnel, assign tasks, specific tasks to subordinates

• Report on work, work plan, development direction of the resort and other issues in the direction of management, leadership group

• Follow and report work progress with management and leadership

Colleague Relations

• Supervision and support in recruitment and selection of all Landscape staff. Ensure that landscape employees follow hotel guidelines when recruiting and using a competency-based approach to selecting their employees.

• Monitor the punctuality and appearance of all landscape staff, ensure that they wear the correct uniform and maintain high standards of appearance and personal hygiene, according to hotel and suite standards

• Maximize the effectiveness of Managers by developing their skills and abilities through appropriate training, coaching and / or mentoring.

• Conduct discussions to develop annual performance with employees and support them in their career development goals

• Encourage employees to create and innovate, challenge and recognize them for their contributions to the success of operations

• Ensuring effective training programs for employees in collaboration with the Head of Training and their Department Trainers.

• Monitoring the preparation and posting of weekly work schedules in the department

• Supporting the implementation of the People's Philosophy, demonstrating and strengthening Hyatt's values and Cultural characteristics.

• Ensures that all employees have a complete understanding of and adhere to employee rules and regulations.

• Ensures that employees follow all hotel, company and local rules, policies and regulations relating to fire and hazard safety, and security.

• Conducts annual Performance Development Discussions with employees and supports them in achieving their professional development goals.

• Supports the implementation of Hyatt’s Global Sustainable policy.

• Supports the implementation of Hyatt’s People Brand.

• Ensures employees understand and strictly adhere to Rules and Regulations established in the Employee Handbook.

• Provides feedback on the results of the Employee Engagement Survey and ensuring that the relevant changes are implemented.

Other Duties

• Attends and contributes to all training sessions and meetings as required.

• Is knowledgeable in statutory legislation in employee and industrial relations.

• Exercises responsible management and behavior at all times and positively representing the hotel management team and Hyatt International.

• Maintains strong, professional relationship with the relevant representatives from competitor hotels, business partners and other organizations.

• Reads the hotel's Employee Handbook and have an understanding of and adhere to the hotel's rules and regulations and in particular, the policies and procedures relating to computer resources, fire, hygiene, health and safety.

• Ensures high standards of personal presentation and grooming.

• Carries out any other reasonable duties and responsibilities as assigned.
