Finance Secretary (Legal Background)

• You will be responsible for providing a consistent and high level of administrative support to the Finance Department, while also supporting legal and compliance‑related matters. This includes assisting in the review, coordination, and management of contracts and agreements, ensuring alignment with company policies and regulatory requirements.
• As a Secretary to the Director of Finance, you will play a key role in maintaining efficient operations across financial documentation, contract tracking, and administrative processes, contributing to the accuracy, compliance, and overall effectiveness of the department.

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Law, or a related field.
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in administrative support, preferably within Finance or legal/compliance functions.
• Proven experience in contract coordination and basic contract review, with good understanding of legal and compliance requirements.
• Strong knowledge of financial documentation, reporting processes, and administrative procedures.
• Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal), with strong attention to detail.
• Highly organized, discreet, and capable of handling confidential information with professionalism.
• Proactive, well‑structured, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced professional environment.
