Participates in all host training, meetings as required.
Sign out keys and mobile phones. Make sure phones are handled properly.
Ensure to read the daily arrival departure memo and the notice board.
Ensure GEM tools and equipment are prepared in the pantries at all times.
Knowledge of the room service menus are very important and always update the changes.
Ability to take all room service orders and requests.
Ensure to follow up room service, delivery and presentation.
Follow up on room service orders collection and clean up.
Able to confirm guest villa prior to arrival.
Able to deliver specific valet services.
Provide shoe–shine services as requested.
Assist with guest purchases at the resort.
Offer luggage unpacking and packing services.
Provide a warm welcome to guests with appropriate introduction.
Ensure readiness of materials, methods and equipment needed to ensure the highest level of service is provided.
Handle specific guest requests, complaints, and suggestions and follow through to maximize the service standard.
Comprehend the process for bed making, baby cots, rollaway beds and turndown service.
Preparation of all types of beverages.
Knowledge of fire & safety procedures and exits.
Knowledge of correct forms of address towards guests.
Relay guest complaints to GEM supervisor without any delay.
Knowledge of all Six Senses properties to be able to arrange accommodation and make travel arrangements to them when on request.
Knowledge of countries within reasonable reach and what they have to offer.
Knowledge of history and demographical facts about current country.
Knowledge of flora and wildlife found on the property.
Ensure the wine cooler and mini bar in the room is checked on prior to guest arrival and make sure it is properly filled.
Notify concerned teams of guest arrival and follow up if necessary before the arrival.
Adherence to all recognized LQA Standards.
Introduction of new initiatives that are focused at enhancing guest experience.
Report any health or safety hazards to the Guest Experience Manager.
Check guest profiles and guest history prior to the guest arrival and be familiar with all the information.
Ensure the room is prepared according to the guest preference.
Ensure that all concerned departments have the guest history information.
Ensure all special requests and preferences has been met as per the guest profile.
Book any necessary treatments with the spa during the guest’s stay
Check if resort bicycles are in excellent condition.
Prepare all arrivals amenities such as welcome letter, champagne, shoe bag, cold towels and welcome drinks.
Be flexible with alternative options for food, beverage and room options.
Ensures to perform duties on time in accordance with hotel policy.
Complete any other duty assigned by management.
Arrive on time in full uniform in accordance with the company grooming guideline.

Yêu cầu công việc
Completed High School education is required.
Previous experience in a service, work-related role is a plus.
Very good knowledge of Microsoft Software platforms.
Basic food and beverage service including kitchen skills.
Excellent knowledge of guest related functions and guest service.
Strong team mentality, and willingness to be of assistance as required.
Very good command over written and spoken English.
A second language is strongly preferred.
