Mô tả công việc

- Assign and supervise sales activities of sales staff.

- In charge of selling rooms and deploying room sale activities for sales staff.

- Planning and organizing to take care of old customers, regular customers, long-term guests through letters, phone calls and face-to-face meetings.

- Check your booking and reply to mail of the day and confirm your booking.

- Negotiate contracts with customers, supervise the process of contract performance (from the beginning to the end of the contract), ensuring customer satisfaction.

- Deploying fully and accurately the information and requirements of the guests to the relevant departments for joint implementation.

- Coordinate relevant departments in guiding hotel visitors when required.

- Follow up the market situation, information about competitors to timely propose effective business solutions.

- Responsible for sales according to assigned norms and make monthly business reports to superiors.

- Support Accounting Department to collect debts of customers.

- Recording customers' comments on the quality of products and services of the hotel for timely improvement measures, proactively addressing customer complaints within their powers.

- Manage data and update customer information.

- Training on skills and skills for employees.

- Evaluate the work efficiency of employees under the authority every month.

- Proposing business development strategy and advertising hotel services.

- Help GM implement and monitor action plan to ensure revenue target is achieved.

- Analyze current revenue and potential market and trends

- Coordinate activities to increase hotel revenue.

- Supervise employees in maintaining contact with partners.

- Advise the Sales Manager - Marketing of solutions to achieve higher productivity through:

o Increase in average price (ADR).

o Increased room capacity (Occ).

o Proposing room solutions according to the market.

o Proposing to promote culinary business

- Make reports and sales forecast periodically.

- Track customer satisfaction care (GSS).

- Advise the Sales Manager - Marketing of human resource planning and management needs; on competitor activity, information gathering and market analysis.

- Set up forecasts, annual budget estimates for hotel.

- Develop promotion campaigns and customer care policies in the fields they are in charge.

- Track and update information about products and services of the hotel and disseminate to employees.

- Forecast business situation in the quarter and year.

- Develop and implement promotions, customer care.

- Introducing, offering products and services of the hotel. Actively seeking new customers, maintaining and taking care of old customers and loyal customers.

- Monitoring weekly business results to promptly adjust the sales strategy most effectively.

- Solving arising problems related to contracts with customers.

- Maintain good relationships with partners, local government agencies.

- Training on skills and professional skills for sales staff to improve sales efficiency.

- Evaluate the work efficiency of employees under the authority every month.

- Report weekly, monthly business results to GM.

- Perform other duties, as assigned.
