Mô tả công việc

Supervise and coordinate the activities of Front Office staff, including receptionists and bell attendants.
Ensure efficient and smooth front desk operations, including check-in, check-out, and room assignments.
Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints in a professional and timely manner.
Monitor staff performance and provide training, feedback, and coaching.
Ensure compliance with hotel policies, procedures, and service standards.
Assist in preparing daily reports and managing reservations as needed.
Coordinate with other departments to fulfill guest needs and resolve operational issues.
Maintain a high standard of personal appearance and grooming for all front office staff.

Yêu cầu công việc

At least 2 years of experience in Front Office operations, preferably in a supervisory role.
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in hotel management software (PMS) and MS Office.
Excellent English communication skills (additional languages are a plus).
Strong customer service orientation and ability to work under pressure.
