- Conducts shift briefings to ensure hotel activities and operational requirements are known
- Supervise front office operations during assigned shift:
- Maintenance of guest information
- Maintenance of information about Resort and local events
- Supervise the use of the public address system
- Supervise group bookings
- Assist with serious complaints
- Supervise cashiering activities during shift:
- Cash handling and banking procedure
- Report any cash/credit discrepancies
- Dealing with ad-hoc payments
- Instructing staff in credit policies
- Instructing staff in cash/credit card security procedures
- Carry out debtor control
- Prepare reports instructed by Front Office Manager
- Supervise the cashiering system
- With IT department, ensure the resort system is maintained in accordance with the standard operating procedures and all guests receive seamless uninterrupted wi-fi service.
- Ensure that all refused business is recorded and reported to Front Office Manager.
- Works with all in the preparation and management of the department’s budget and is aware of financial KPI’s
- Recycles where-ever possible and enforces cost saving measures to the Team
- Be aware of duty of care and adhere to occupational, health and safety legislation, policies and procedures
- Be familiar with property safety, first aid and fire and emergency procedures and operate equipment safely and sensibly
- Initiate action to correct a hazardous situation and notify Management/Security of potential dangers
- Log security incidents and accidents in accordance with resort requirements

Yêu cầu công việc
Knowledge and Experience
• At least Bachelor degree in any field
• Minimum 1 years of relevant experience in a similar capacity
• Excellent reading, writing and oral proficiency in English language
• Ability to speak other languages and basic understanding of local languages will be an advantage
• Good working knowledge of MS Excel, Word, & PowerPoint

• Good communication and customer contact skills
• Results and service oriented with an eye for details
• Ability to multi-task, work well in stressful & high-pressure situations
• Well-presented and professionally groomed at all times
