Mô tả công việc

• Supporting Sales & Marketing department to maintain and develop relationships with existing customers

• Making accurate, rapid cost calculations

• Establishing and maintain an accurate filling system

• Assisting in the preparation of all proposals, contracts and relating to the sales function.

• Representing and supporting Sales & Marketing department at trade exhibitions, events and demonstrations

• Recording sales and order information and sending copies to the sales office

• Willing to take additional duties and work assignment by the Department Head and Hotel Management

Yêu cầu công việc

Working hour: 9am – 6pm or 8.30am – 5.30pm, including lunch break, from Monday to Friday
Passionate with Sales job
Good command of English, especially Speaking & Listening
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
Relevant knowledge in Sales/Administration will be our priority
