Mô tả công việc

• Identify opportunities to upsell high end products

• Monitor all costs and recommends measures to control them.

• Meet the KPOs targets

• Understand the outlet’s target and strive to achieve it.

• Make sure all equipment is in good working condition.

• Monitor all costs and recommends measures to control them.

• Ensure all the breakages reports are followed and identify how can we reduce breakages.

• Be responsible for saving hotel asset/ energy/ water/ chemical and propose the saving ideas to management.

• Understand departments and hotel’s product, and upsell to the guest, or recommend hotel products to the guest.

• Provide training, both professional and in house, to ensure that all members of the F&B team carry out their duties so that the first class customer service levels expected in this department are constantly maintained.

• Train and coach on the job in a systematic and professional way to meet the needs of the business.

• Ensure that all staff are knowledgeable of food menus, local produce and ingredients of all dishes to ensure knowledge of food allergies.

• Manage day-to-day activities, plan and assign work, and establish performance and development goals for team members. Provide mentoring, coaching and regular feedback to help manage conflict, improve team member performance, and recognize good performance.

• Perform Brand’s Services behaviors in daily operation basic towards the guests

• Driver to deliver Luxury Experiences to guests, to achieve Heartbeat target

• Develop and update department SOPs (Standard Operation Procedure), JD (Job description) and implement it to enhance the guest experience

• Personality & flair, you must be someone who naturally thrives amongst people. Makes guests their number one priority and goes above and beyond at all times to enhance the customers experience.

• Anticipate customers’ needs whenever possible to enhance the quality of service and in turn enhance the customer experience. Has a can-do attitude and goes the extra mile for each and every guest.

• Meet & greet to create memorable experience at all times and has the customer at the heart of all they do.

• Has a genuine passion for customer service, wants to be around customers to deliver excellence and has an outgoing and bubbly personality.

Required Skills –

• Communication skills (in both English and Vietnamese) are utilized a significant amount of time when interacting with others; demonstrated ability to interact with customers, employees and third parties that reflects highly on the resort, the brand and the Company.

Qualifications –

Diploma / Degree in Hotel /Hospitality Management

Experience–

• Minimum 8 years’ experience in an international class restaurant/bar

• Minimum 2 year experience preferably in a hotel of similar size and complexity and including supervisory experience or training.

• Willing to work long hours

• Aware of local market / competitions

• Finance knowledge
