Mô tả công việc

Responsibilities:

• Welcome to customers

• Interact with customers, take orders and serve food and beverages

• Assess customers’ needs and preferences and make recommendations

• Check customers’ identification and confirm it meets legal drinking age

• Stay customer focused and nurture an excellent customer experience

• Comply with all food and beverage regulations

• Serve guests at the table and clean the table

• Perform all duties assigned by Bar manager as required

Working location:

• District 1/ District 2

Customers should always feel that the staff are friendly, engaging and attentive while being respectful of the customers space. The Heart of Darkness is a premium brand the bar which must be reflected in every detail of the bar. Everything should be well kept and clean. The staff should always be dressed in works shirts and respectable other clothing. The staffs conduct should be professional at all times whilst maintaining a fun playful atmosphere.
