Present a professional manner at all times.
Ensure proper service and atmosphere for the guest.
Fulfill/cover management duties on Managers day off
Maintain par levels of all needed supplies/order necessary supplies
Handle guest complaints.
Report coaching and/or disciplinary needs to management.
Ensure compliance to all rules, regulations and procedures.
Document all incidents in detail.
Enter/approve daily attendance.
Inspect staff as to uniforms, cleanliness, identification, etc.
Ensure a safe working environment for employees.
Maintain regular, predictable attendance.
Work with staff to ensure quality of deliveries/food items during assigned shift
Work with other departments on in-house amenity deliveries
Work with other departments on suite/in-room hospitalities
Work with staff to ensure quality of suite/in-room HospitalitiesReceive orders via telephone and deliver food and beverage directly to guests rooms
Supervise Room Service and Coffee Shop team andoperational duties during Manager’s absence.
Develop, coach and train team members under a FourDiamond service standard.
Address guest comments or concerns pro-actively.
Plan & assign team duties on weekly / monthly basis
Track weekly orders for Room Service and Coffee Shop
Make special orders for Room Service and Coffee Shop when necessary
Attend weekly Food & Beverage meeting
Achieve or exceed monthly sales budget through upselling and product knowledge
Create new training plans for Room Service and Coffee Shop to provide better service and business
Monthly inventory for Room Service, Mini Bar and Coffee Shop
Make schedule for Room Service and Coffee Shop based on business level
Provide discipline when necessary and complete required documentation
Conduct performance reviews
Handle guest requests/complaints and authorizecompensation when necessary.

Requires seldom bending and reaching in areas from floor level to 6 ft. high, balancing, pushing, pulling and maneuvering weights of up to 75 lbs.
Lifting/carrying from 51 to 75 lbs.; occasional walking, repetitive use of both hands to include light grasping, finger dexterity and eye/hand coordination frequent standing.
Requires normal sense of smell, taste, touch and sound.
Requires the ability to distinguish letters and symbols, perform complex and simple tasks, simple reading, writing and math skills, see things spatially and with form.
Perform clerical functions, compile, coordinate and analyze information, supervise and instruct others, work with precision.
Follow instructions, influence others, meet time requirements, memorize, problem solve and use independent judgment and decision making skills.
