Mô tả công việc

Developing the events for the multitude of clients within the building and surrounding campus, creating strong client relationships for all future bookings. Through working closely with the Club Lounge Manager, you will ensure that every member or guest receives the best service possible.

Collecting and provide all information for Club Lounge team members to assist you in deliver these events.

Creating new supplier contracts for events hire and manager the stock of internal equipment. In addition to generating quotations and proposals for events based on client requirements and suggest new creative ways of delivery.

Supervising daily shift operations and rota team members adequately.

Ensuring that all food & beverage, room set -ups and equipment meet the required standard of presentation, quality and quantity before service.

Dealing with any customers' queries, requests and complaints, referring any outside your area of responsibility to the F&B Manager.

Interacting with guests to obtain feedback on product quality and service levels; effectively responds to and handles guest problems and complaints.

Ensuring that 100% training compliance is achieved across the department..

Yêu cầu công việc

- A confident, proactive, professional who enjoys working in a busy service environment.

- A solid understanding of 5-star guest service, and how you can play a part in delivering it.

- A Minimum of 2 years of experience in working in corporate events or atmosphere.

- Previous experience working as an assistant manager.

- Experience working in bars and restaurants.

- Strong ability to provide work around solutions where necessary.

- Team leader who can independently manage a team.

- Knowledge of event lighting and video systems would be a huge bonus.

- To be proactive in the initiating of systems to ensure ever increasing levels of customer service.

- Be able to set up AV equipment for video conferencing events (training will be provided).
