- Ensure that all front desk staff are efficient and friendly when customers arrive or leave the hotel. Act to be an example for other employees.
- Listen and understand customer requests and inquiries, and speak in a positive and clear voice. If necessary, provide a guide to each office's opening hours and a guide to the area surrounding the hotel
- Customer complaints are solved by making a thorough investigation and making effective decisions. Make decisions based on past practices and experiences and take appropriate action. In special circumstances, appropriate modifications are made. Monetary compensation measures are used as a last resort after taking action where possible.
- Quickly complete the entry and exit registration process by inputting or outputting information to a computer system and confirming information about customers and room rates; Assign rooms according to customer needs. Register and issue your room key. If necessary, provide room keys, coupons, brochures, etc. to customers in designated folders. The customer closes the account at the time of Check-Out.
- Obtain a credit card authorization using a card terminal. Handle cash and exchange foreign currency. Register on computer to bill hotel facility for customer's room.
- Incoming calls are answered in a positive and clear voice. If necessary, the customer's message is entered or printed on the computer and delivered to the customer. Receive and store mail, parcels, faxes, etc. at the request of the customer.
- When instructing employees, always do so clearly and effectively in writing or orally. Assign and direct detailed work to the general staff. Supervise and improve on performance.
- If there is a new employee, play a role as a mentor to teach the department's work for new employees.
- Completion of necessary training at the hotel.
- Participate in departmental monthly meetings to discuss the results of the department's operations and share information. Suggest improvements by focusing on improving service to customers and employees.

- Business standard (MS-Office and Opera)
- 2-year college degree or above, bachelor degree preferred(Hotel management related major preferred)
- At least 3 years front desk service experience
