Mô tả công việc

Develop and operate the Kids, Family, and Couple programs.
Plan and operate various programs to reinforce marketing product power
Increase customer value by operating differentiated products from competitors.
Providing parents with holiday breaks at resorts through children's programs
Provides interest and value for children and infants' self-development according to free operation of infants & children (Jimbori, Kids Island, Mini Zoo).
Run outdoor leisure programs such as trekking and climbing for teenagers and couples.
Providing fun and value to customers through the planning and operation of special day events
Ensure smooth coordination of guest activities by providing accurate information
Responsible for checking and charging bills with accuracy, and assisting with any inquiries related to services or gameplay.
Maintain high service standards while delivering a seamless, technology-driven entertainment experience.
