As a Purchasing Officer, you’ll be responsible for collecting samples and approved purchases for the hotel.
Responsible to negotiate with the suppliers best possible prices for goods to help keep the hotels expenditure to a minimum.
To obtain 3 quotations at all times for cash purchases.
To follow up with all department orders with suppliers and update accordingly.
Fully in charge of the day to day purchases for all departments in the hotel
