Mô tả công việc

* Staffing, management and resources: drive recruitment, allocating manpower with proper assignment, conduct training and development towards a world-class business development team

* Be responsible for aeronautical and non-aeronautical market development strategy to maximum commercial and reputational benefit for CRTC including detailed macroeconomic and bottom-up demand forcasts, also scenario planning with objectives following Company’s mission and vision.

* Establish and promote business relationships impacting aeronautical and non-aeronautical revenue stream

* Lead and manage route development: plan and conduct activities designed to maintain and foster passenger and cargo flights to Cam Ranh International Airport; promote route development opportunity proposals in accordance with business plan; establish and maintain relationship with Tourism Management Agency, hotels and resorts for mutual information and development

* Other job details will be discussed in the interview

Qualifications:

Bachelor degree above; Master's degree preferred.

Major Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration, finance, economics or related field or equivalent professional experience required.

Experience & Knowledge:

- Knowledge of international airline planning, marketing, finance and economics development

- Experience in business analysis including financial analysis and market segmentation

- 5-7 years’ experience in airline planning, revenue management, or marketing.

Foreign languages:

- TOEIC score ≥ 750 or equivalent certificates (TOEFL/iBT ≥ 60, IELTS ≥ 5.0

- Reading and comprehending work related documents/records/textbooks in English is a must

- English Communication.

Skills

ABOUT Cam Ranh International Terminal Company (CRTC) Cam Ranh International Terminal Company (CRTC) is the investor of the new international passenger terminal at Cam Ranh International Airport, one of the four major airports of Vietnam. The new terminal will increase the airport’s passenger handling capacity to 8 million passengers a year from the current 1.5 million, thus easing the congestion created by the growing passenger traffic. The first phase of the terminal building is scheduled to open in 2018. The new terminal will handle international operations, while the existing building will deal with domestic flights.
