PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Checking attendance.

2. Filling out maintenance requests to send to Engineering for action.

3. To answer the incoming calls from guests and staff and deal with them in a prompt and efficient manner and to keep records.

4. To keep records of:

a. Lost and found items (storage and clearing)

b. Staff in/out (R/A and floor Supervisor)

c. Handover

d. Request of medical examination, sick leave

e. Room status report

f. Floor Supervisors check list

g. Weekly expected VIP arrival list

h. Group expected arrival list

i. Room change list DND report

j. Event order/function, weekly forecast

5. Keep Office neat and tidy.

6. To arrange baby sitter for guest upon request.

7. To co-ordinate with Front Office on delivering of guest amenities to rooms.

8. Keeping records of guest on-loan items.

9. Double check Room Report with the status on computer.

10. Double check guest amenities on computer for late check-in guests.

11. Others tasks as assigned by HKM/AHKM.

Yêu cầu công việc

Education: A diploma or high school qualification. Good English.

Experience: Previous hotel-related experience.
