You are responsible for delivering the highest level of service to Russian-speaking guests, ensuring that all hotel standards are consistently met and maintained. With a strong passion for service and effective communication with other departments, you are empowered to understand their needs and create a personalized and memorable guest experience.

Yêu cầu công việc

Fluent Russian, good command of English and additional languages are an advantage.
University diploma / Degree in Hospitality Management, Tourism, Business Administration or relevant fields.
Good knowledge of the office package.
Knowledge of Customer experience tools will be highly valued.
Strategic vision, quality and professionalism, proactivity for excellence, strong communication and influence, analytical thinking, service orientation and teamwork.
