• To maximize rooms revenue given a RevPAR perspective

• To maximize hotel revenue through the implementation of individual & group inventory management and pricing strategies.

• Successfully produce the most efficient business mix whilst maximizing average rate

• To manage inventory through proper management of CRS, Internet point of sale, PMS and all other distribution channels

• Work alongside the DOS, GOD to compile the hotel annual business plan and setting of accommodation revenue lines on a yearly basis in line with the company guidelines

• Responsible for accurate forecast, trend analysis and sales strategies so that product availability and price are maximized at all times

• React to any shortfalls against budget and co-ordinate implementation of tactical offers

• To support and monitor the reservations department

• To optimize the use and proper management of reservations system and contribute to the development and maintenance of Revenue Management Systems

• Responsible for devising the most competitive approach versus competition

• Utilize rate comparison reports to identify and react to pricing opportunities within the hotels competitive sets

• Competitor pricing and knowledge for all market segments and seasonal rate positioning within the hotels competitive set

• Maintain the information on the market up-to-date for complete or partial opening / refurbishment / out of order rooms / closing of hotels (Lief, competition…)

• To consult third party intermediaries to gain maximum exposure & revenue

• To ensure market segmentation definition and proper usage

• Set & update rate strategy per market segment on 12 months rolling basis

• Responsible for the launch of head office lead revenue management projects

• Facilitate and lead daily revenue, weekly yield and monthly revenue meetings with measurable outputs

• Responsible for attending forecast meeting and leading group quotations

• Ensure that the various tools Smile, etc. are managed in accordance to company best practice. Maximize systems reports to full effectiveness

• In charge of producing month end reports with strong emphasis on past, current and future performance analysis as well as action planning

• In collaboration with the Director of Sales, Group Operations Director responsible for challenging and devising revenue management/sales strategies

• Sales and reservations staff to effectively sell all rates to each of the market segments and be able to demonstrate an understanding of the hotel pricing policies and strategies at all times. Coach team to maximize full revenue potential

• Development of high contribution distribution channels and ability to rapidly understand/highlight market trends

• Strong ability to analyze market conditions and revenue generating opportunities.

• To analyze and present hotel results when required at board meetings and business review meetings

Yêu cầu công việc

- Minimum 2-year experience in the similar position

- Good knowledge in hospitality

- Strong supervision skills and team work

- Good English skills
