- Responsible for answering immediately any questions hotel guests may have regarding the basic use of the hotel and for providing requested services.
- He/she must inform the guests about transportation, shopping, restaurants and theater performances, among other things.
- He/she must also be aware of any promotional offers and proactively make use of them to increase hotel reservations, thus contributing to revenue increase.
- If a request is made over the phone, the concierge must listen carefully to the end and immediately respond to it.
- Other detailed tasks will be discussed in the interview.

Yêu cầu công việc
Education: High school diploma or its equivalent, bachelor degree or higher in related field preferred.
Experience: Experience in guest services •
Must have fluent English skills to serve guests and make reports •
Must be service-minded to meet client needs •
Must be able to identify and respond to situations in hotel facilities and guest rooms •
Must be a good communicator.
Must be able to train and make reports. •
Must know and understand company regulations and applicable laws regarding hotel management.
