Mô tả công việc
1) Provide outstanding services and ensure the guest’s satisfaction
2) Address the guest concerns and complaints promptly and professionally
3) Respond to the guest’s needs and requests promptly
4) Answer phone switchboards and transfer calls and take messages
5) Manage incoming and outgoing mails and faxes
6) Post charges to guest’s account and handle card and cash transactions
7) Plan and assign workloads for front office associates
8) Supervise Guest Assistants in their assigned job duties
9) Prepare operational and financial records for the Manager to review
10) Monitor the cash flow of the front office
11) Check cashiers work at the close of the shift to ensure all transactions are reconciled with proper approvals and endorsements
12) Review all Paid Outs, Rebates, Petty Cash disbursements, Direct Billings
13) Inspect the arrival rooms during the shift to ensure they adhere to the standards, completing maintenance requests if necessary
14) Follow up and complete housekeeping discrepancies report. Ensure room discrepancies are resolved if occur
15) Identify resource requirements and manage resource allocations to ensure complete coverage and continuous availability.
16) Assist in hiring and training Guest Assistants in front office duties
17) Evaluate the monthly/yearly performance of the Guest Assistants and provide appropriate feedback
18) Ensure Guest Assistants follow company policies and operational procedures
19) Schedule regular meetings to discuss issues and updates
20) Educate Guest Assistants on safety, emergency, and security procedures
21) To ensure all working areas are clean and all equipment and other amenities are always ready to use according to the management standard
22) To maintain complete knowledge of all hotel features, facilities, and services
23) To attend meetings, training, and briefings determined by the Department Head of Management.
24) To be responsible for daily attendance and timekeeping, following roster as set by Assistant Front Office Manager and Front Office Manager
25) To assist Front Office Department in ensuring Departmental Operating Budget is adhered to and that all costs are strictly controlled
26) To perform any tasks assigned by Assistant Front Office Manager or Front Office Manager

Yêu cầu công việc
• 02years of previous experience as a Front Office Supervisor within the hotel, leisure, or hospitality industry
• Strong English communication skills: knowledge of additional languages is a plus
• Good telephone manner and IT Skills
• Positive, engaging, and energetic personality
• Able to be organized, manage time wisely, lead and motivate the team
• Very high attention to detail,
• Sensitive to cultural nuances
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Able to handle a multitude of tasks in an intense, fast-paced environment
• Good people skills and the ability to work under pressure and with various stakeholders
• Professional appearance
